Unannounced guests were not uncommon to Quatre's household, but familiar faces certainly were. It's only a vampire's reflex that allows Trowa to quickly meld his brief moment of surprise into something neutral as he turns the corner to one of the few people he can prescribe a name to:
"Duo Maxwell."
It's not nice to see him again, or funny, or any of the other words that people usually assign to coincidences but it is definitely something. He searches for a moment for a way to describe what it makes his feel but only comes up with "annoyed." At the very least, he is annoyed to see Duo again, if nothing more than for the implications of his familiarity with the house. He'll have to look into that later.
